Ingredients
Half a packet of spaghetti
2 fennel bulbs sliced thinly
Quarter of a large red pepper sliced (optional)
1 lb of shrimp
¾ lb of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
Directions
Boil the water with salt and a glug of olive oil
While water is boiling, add some olive oil to a pan and add your sliced fennel
Then the peppers and cook for like 5-7 minutes until soft
Then add the tomatoes
Add the pasta to the pot and cook until al dente
5 minutes before finishing, add in your shrimps and cover
Add the pasta to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add some lemon juice and chili if you wanna zip it up.
This dish took less than 30 minutes was delicious and can feed the whole family.
