Ingredients
Slurry
¼ cup of plain bread crumbs (I’m using Panko)
⅛ cup of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of olive oil
¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of herbs (I used dried oregano)
1-lb of beef
1 teaspoon of salt
⅓ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ cup of finely grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Mix all the ingredients to make the slurry
Add in beef, salt pepper and parmasean cheese
Mix thoroughly with your hand
Make little meatballs with a spoon or an ice cream scooper.
Place on to an oiled and foiled sheet pan and broil for 10 mins. Flip to get the other side browned.
Throw into a pot of marinara sauce (I like Rao’s) and boil for another 15-20 mins
Plate on some pasta or make into a sandwich
