INGREDIENTS:
olive oil
1.5 lbs of chicken thighs
1 onion, diced
1 x15-oz can of garbanzo bean
2 small bunches of green and rainbow chard. (I accidentally said collard greens which would work great too here)
1/2 cup of rice
bouillon, salt and pepper to taste
water to just cover the chicken
1x garlic
1 lemon
The lemon and bouillon are optional. But kinda not.
